WELCOME FROM THE BMS PARENT ORGANIZATION
The BMS Parent Organization wants you! All parents and guardians are invited to join this group. Our Parent Organization President is Mrs. Barb Douglas. All you need is the desire to be involved and willing to help support Beadle Middle School students and staff.
The first Parent Organization meeting will be Monday, September 14th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Please come!
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
The Beadle Parent Organization will be participating in the Box Tops for Education fundraiser again this year. Box Tops can be found on a variety of products from General Mills, Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, Yoplait Yogurt, Green Giant, Pillsbury, Totino’s Ziploc and Kleenex. Box Tops can be submitted any time to your student’s Bulldog Block teacher. Box Tops are collected and tallied once per month. The Bulldog Block that collects the most Box Tops during the month will receive a little something for their efforts. The first collection date will be Friday, September 25th. Thank you for participating.
PARENT ORGANIZATION MAGAZINE SALES
The magazine sales is our main fundraiser our middle school. Here are the important aspects of our Magazine Fundraiser you should know:
Ø Magazine sales began August 13th. Additional forms for the magazine orders are available in the office.
Ø We will have two turn in dates for orders: August 25th and 31st. The Prize Booth will be open August 28th, and September 4th. A table located in the commons on those two days where parent volunteers will collect the orders. You may also turn your order into the office at any time.
Ø Every Internet Sale over the course of the entire sale will receive TWO tickets for the school store. Go to QSP.com. The Beadle middle School Code is: 425023217.
If you sold last year, remember who you sold to because they are receiving renewal notices at this time! The Parent Organization is always looking for parent volunteers to help count orders and had out prizes at the school store.
