John Southworth

Mr. John Southworth

This will be my thirteenth year in education and my ninth year at Beadle.   I taught middle school and high school Social Studies classes before moving to Beadle as the Assistant Principal.  I am starting my third year as the Principal of Beadle.  Beadle is the best middle school in the metro area for several reasons.  We believe each child can achieve personal success with the proper support and care.  Our main goal at Beadle is to improve student achievement through collaboration and innovation.  I am proud to work with the students and staff at Beadle.  We have built a strong academic community that involves the students, staff members and parents and guardians.  GO BULLDOGS!

Dr. Tami Williams

Beadle is such a great place to be! We have the best students, staff, and parents in the entire community and I am pleased to be part of the Beadle Family. This is my third year at Beadle and my previous 8 years were spent in a neighboring district here in Omaha. I hold a BS in Mathematics, MS in Educational Administration, and Ed.D. in Education. My husband Alex and I are parents to Meg, a first grader here in the district, and Aden, a preschooler. The teacher who impacted me most was Mr. Nickerson, my Calculus teacher, and I invite you to read about him and other powerful educators in our staff display in the Commons.

Mr. Scott Butler

It's really hard to believe that this is my 21st year in education and my 3rd year as an Assistant Principal at Beadle Middle School.    It's a privilege to work with our students as they grow through their middle school experiences.  At Beadle, we are all about building thriving young people - both academically and socially.  We do this through the lens of the 40 Developmental Asset Framework.  Assets are key building blocks in the lives of successful youth.  More assets equate to greater success.  Building assets is a community effort.  I look forward to collaborating with you as we intentionally build assets in our students.
